1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WindSEO ("Service"), a product of Hotline Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WindSEO provides SEO, AI Search Optimization, and Local visibility auditing and monitoring tools. Our Service includes free and paid tiers with varying levels of access to features, reports, and data.

3. Accounts

Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Free Audits

WindSEO offers free audits without requiring account registration. Free audits are limited to one per day per IP address. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free audit feature at any time.

5. Paid Plans

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Annual plans receive a 20% discount. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Monthly plans take effect immediately upon cancellation. Annual plans remain active until the end of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable request volumes
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Submit URLs that you do not have permission to audit

7. White-Label & Agency Features

Agency and Agency Pro plans include white-label capabilities. You may rebrand reports with your own branding for client distribution. You remain responsible for your clients' compliance with these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, and content, is owned by Hotline Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

WindSEO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
